I can never get it straight. I'm not sure i've ever gotten it like it's supposed to be. Izzat one with the tab supposed to face front or back? Top or bottom? What about the other one? it never looks right to me.

Someone have an EZ reference guide for a stupidhead?

The order is:

* cylinder

* Lock Plate A (square-cut shim, open end points away from handbrake pivot)

* Lock Plate B (round-ended shim)

* Lock Plate C (angle-cut shim)

* Lock Plate D (shim with Tab, tab faces towards the cylinder)

* rubber dust cover

Plates B,C,D have the open end toward the handbrake pivot
