TenafterFive
Ive been searching and havent seen any thread on it. Ive had 6 510's since 1991. And a few of them i have the dreaded " should never have sold it" mentality. Is there a thread anywhere on here that has pics of sold cars from years passed that people wonder about? Just curious if you could point me in the right direction. Like this lil number here. my most favorite car i ever had. long story short. sold it.. Quote Link to comment
Skib
pics, details, when and where you sold it is a good start to tracking down cars. Quote Link to comment

TenafterFive
Okay. well if anyone knows the whereabouts of these two i would be curious about their condition and whatnot for they both have alot of great history with me. both were sold in the Bay Area (Santa Rosa). Yellow was sold around '94? i think and the Red meanie was in 2000. Am curious about how they is..... Red had a 2.2 liter with nissan Comp Intake and Header. 944 Radiator and some go fast goodies. First time i Saw this car was in '92 at a Rebello show/swap and fell in love. persued it till I finally got the purchase and built it from there. Yellow car was a total chick magnet (back then). which lead to many a good times when I owned it.it was a 4dr but the rear handles were shaved and the flares were cut so the rear doors still worked. funny the tix i remember getting always said 2dr. on them. Mild suspension with an L18. Anyways any info would be great. thanks guys Quote Link to comment

angliagt
Try going to the DMV & get a request for information using the license information.I've done this in the past. - Doug Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Try going to the DMV & get a request for information using the license information.I've done this in the past. - Doug The DMV will contact the current owner and ask if he or she want to release this info. If the answer is "No", nothing lost [except for whatever the DMV will charge] or gained. I did this once to track down a hit and run driver. Scared the crap out of him, he thought he had gotten away clean. Quote Link to comment
TenafterFive
I prefer not to deal with the DMV for anything. They seem more willing to NOT help than help. Just from past experiences. And the datsun world can be fairly small these days, with the Internet and all. I just figured maybe someone might have seen them. Quote Link to comment
