That is a good question. I have only found 1 picture of a stock manifold  in a LHD car.  And it wasnt running yet. You are limited to the t25 turbo as anything bigger will hit the steering box.

 

You might gain a little room by running a 510 right mount, and a 620 left mount.  IDK, its still awfully close, and might cook things.

 

Im thinking the answer is to buy a ebay top mount, get it re welded (they are prone to breaking welds) by a good friend, and have a t2 flange put on (you will notice all top mounts are t3/4 flange)
