Recommended Posts

I know its a weber i bought the truck and it came on it i have to order some base gaskets for it and i wanna be sure i am ordering the right ones for my carb, i think i have the 32/36 but i wanted to make sure. Also i have spacer plates on below the carb should i keep them or get ride of them when i swap the base gaskets?

Thanks, Ross.

The bottom gasket is the stock 720 gasket.

But why do you want to change the gaskets? They usually last almost forever, and are re-usable.

My truck has been running terrible at full throttle for awhile now so i have been doing some trouble shooting on it and today i came across when i spray carb clean at the base of the carb/adapter plates it stalled the truck out showing me that i had a bad gasket in that setup, so I'm gonna just replace all the gaskets. Because whoever did the carb swap did a really shitty job and there is loads of silicone on the adapter plates.
