My latest 510 build.

Recommended Posts

I bought this 1971, 2dr about 6 years ago. It's been slow going due to raising a family and working full time.

About the car... The good- When i got it, it it was a rust free driver w/ 2ltr. The bad- it was hit in the front & rear and needed multiple panels replaced.

Some pics-

Thanks, Skib!  I've been doing this body & paint stuff for a long time...

I cut the Q/P tops and pulled them in 1/8" to even the decklid gaps..

Where did the flares come from? Or handmade? Never seen any like that...

I started with cutting up 4 fender flares from a 1st gen Dakota. By the time i was done i had made a large portion of them.

Very nice-- love that pale yellow color.

The Coupe is being worked on again, nowhere near as much as I would like as job #1 is soaking up waaaay too much time these days.

Keep up the good work!

Battery box built and installed. The rounded corners give me the option of running an Optima.
