I think the switch is for a 73 510 with backlight.  Very cool.

THANKS FOR POSTING ABOUT THE WIPER SWITCH.  I OWNED A 73 510 AND IT HAD THE FIBER OPTICS LIKE THIS ONE BUT THE CONNECTION AND LONGER LENGTH OF THE UNIT ARE DIFFERENT AND THE 510 HAS 2 SPEED SETTINGS INSTEAD OF 3 LIKE THIS ONE.  THE 620 MAKES SENSE.

wasn't it the 78-79 620 that changed to the round wire terminals? Been going through this between a '79 and a '75 dash electrical parts.

 

But yes, definitely for a 620, most likely 78-79.
