IRISH DIME
I just got my Dime back from getting bead blasted and powder primed. Came out amazing. Now time for roll cage and flares and a lot of body work. Gonna be sweet when the long road ahead is finished. Quote Link to comment

SupDoc
Did you get that done in the Bay Area? Quote Link to comment
IRISH DIME
I got it done for 1000. Yes in the South Bay at Spray Technologies in Santa Clara. Can you see the piece sitting under the engine compartment , they gave it to me and said it came off the car but I have no idea what it is. Is it a mistake or 510 part Quote Link to comment
IRISH DIME
Cant wait to get a cage in it and start the body work. Quote Link to comment
jrock4224
Look like a old torsion bumper off a old car like from the 30s ..... Looks good I assume they used a powder epoxy primer looks to be like DuPont white epoxy number two I have done this to several street rod bodies so people just do it so they can see what they got then we powder prime it so they stuff it back in storage but some to straight to blocking and once that's done u can go straight to high build primer Quote Link to comment
IRISH DIME
Ill prob return it to the place then. Im not too familiar with body work. What is blocking? And so after all my body work is done I should have them do a high build primer? And what is that? Quote Link to comment
