Ya works fine I'm all 5 lug so I cant use the 4 lug stuff anymore. I can't gurantee anything obviously.

Yes the sleeve is welded onto the lower spindle.

ae86 strut measurements

Body Type T3

Body Length 15.625"

Compressed Length 16.250"

Extended Length 23.500"

Travel Length 7.250"

 

Third

280z(zx) struts should work if your using 280 strut housing otherwise can't help you on measurements quick search yielded nothing.

 

Fourth

200sx coilovers should work depending on your brake bracket measurement

(200sx 4 lug 3.5 inches 200sx 5lug 4 inches center to center) These are for 4 lug

Also not sure how your hub assy goes together not my area of expertise.
