The sliders came into play only because I could not get the ride hight I wanted on the truck. I whent spring under with long shackles and still sat to low, so i whent spring over and it sat about 4 inches to high. Now im spring over with the sliders at the rear but they also help on hard take offs because the spring can't flex to the side like it can with a shackle

I have wanted that shifter for so long. The wlder was a lincoln 100 with .025 wire and 75% argon 25% co2 gas mix. Should be fun I have been pushing it around the shop and it won't trun just pushes the front tires at full lock and they are about 4 inchs wider than the ones I got for it

Hey guys still working on this thing even if it's not 100% right and I have to remember do part of it. So what I have been doing is making the ladder bars and brackets on the axle. And checking that the axles will slide into the new center section after straightening the axle

It's been a while since I was last on been working on the gasser. A lot has gone on over the year. Pulled the body back off and reworked the frame. Changed the 400 small block chevy out for a lq4 6 litter ls motor. Have plenty of parts save up over ther years and now am working on getting this thing back on the road. Will work on getting some pictures up soon

It's a snug fit in the front working on getting  the radiator fitted. Once I can fit a fan and rad it should Stat moving pretty fast. Have the fule cell I converted to in tank pump made and waiting to go in and a holley terminator x harness all the fule and brake lines. Pretty much everything to make it start up.

Sorry for the pics being dubbled tried editing it to get rid of 1 dubble post and it just keeps adding them
