It was a good day. I would guess a bigger turnout than anticipated.

No rain ever. Just a bit of wind at times.

The practice format was awesome for a slow learner like me. I was able to run the course 7 times. By the 7th run, I even knew where I was going! Makes it much easier to go fast.

Being as this was in a small town, there were quite a few "interesting" moments provided by the local color as well.

We will be back at Tillamook July 25-27 IF you are an NWAA member or Willamette Motor Club Member, you can run Friday NIGHT under the lights for 1 DOLLAR a lap from 7-9 PM. registration is one can of food for the food bank.

Saturday will be another practice day, same format, but I will design a course that is LESS than 2 min long so we can get more runs (lol) you had to bee there. we had cars backed up all the way around the building cause we had lots of cars and the runs were 110-120 seconds. we ended up cutting one lap per run to move cars.

But you can count on mega seat time at NWAA events!!
