prophet1012
It's the standard grill for the later JDM cars, but narrowed 6-8". They pop up on ebay and YJA often, and I've seen several for sale on JNC over the last two years. Look around. They are out there, and not terribly expensive. Usually in the $100 range at most. With 280ZX struts, either the 15x7 +4 with a 195/50-15 for a regular fit, or the 15x8 +0 with a 195/50-15 for a very flush/agresssive fit. Ideally, you'd run the 15x7 with a 175/55-15 up front and the 15x8 with a 195/50-15 in the back. That can be done with the stock struts. And look badass. Does this also corresponds to an 1982 sedan? If yes do you thinks it is possible to find same rim (style) with different width (not diameter)? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
This is for all B310 (1978-1982) sedan, coupe, wagon. BUT only for 13" wheel models. 12" wheel models have different front suspension. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
do you thinks it is possible to find same rim (style) with different width (not diameter)? If you are talking about the Rota RB, it comes in a 15x7 and 15x8 and that's about it. There are different widths in 16" and 17", but those are a bit big for a 210. Quote Link to comment

prophet1012
I am really sry if i seem dense (i am a little bit, but I am new to the concept of fitting rims and stuff). I am considered buying 2 15x7 114.3pcd for the front and 2 15x8 114.3 pcd for the back, rota rb rims. What offset should i buy them with? I apologies if this was already answered. Depends on what size tires you plan to run, and what struts you plan to use. With stock struts, I'd say the 15x7 +12 with a 175/55-15 tire up front and the 15x8 +12 in the back with a 195/50-15. Quote Link to comment
prophet1012
Right now, i wish use to stock struts and the tires sized you mentioned. But in the very near future (6 months or so) i will lower the car a little bit, using same struts but modding them so they exept coilovers (if there isn't an easier way :( ). Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Be aware the datsunfreak's recommendation is for flush wheels (they will rub on the body). Quote Link to comment
prophet1012
Ohhhh ic, thanks for the heads up, i misunderstood him, what tires size should i use then? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Most Ratsunites desire flush tires. What do you want? Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
Be aware the datsunfreak's recommendation is for flush wheels (they will rub on the body). No they won't. Trust me. B) Roll the rear fender lips (which you need to do anyway) and they'll be just fine. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
So they will rub on the body UNLESS you modify the body (minor modification of rolling the fender lips). Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
So they will rub on the body UNLESS you modify the body (minor modification of rolling the fender lips). Yes, but ANYTHING wider than the stock tires will rub on the rear fender lips if you lower the car AT ALL. Hence, this is a mod you'll be doing anyway. B) So we're both right. Quote Link to comment

If i understood you guys well, in order for such rims and tire to fit on my stock struts ( and original coils ect) without rubbing on the body, i have to rol the rear fenders, even if i don't lower it. is that right? Dat Meister
Thought i'd contribute a few things for anyone interested later on. :-)This is 13x7 (0 offset) On a 215 tyre. Stock guards, stock suspension. 1 Quote Link to comment
prophet1012
they seem to seat really well. however if you plan to lower the car i think you will need to roll the lip or put on thinner tires. how bout the front? i am no expert so feel free to give advice :) Quote Link to comment
Dat Meister
Yeah, that was a random tyre on there for now.Getting 205's put on the rears instead of these 215's I'll be getting 205's for the front tyres as well, but the front wheels are a smaller width than the rear, and offset etc to get it flush Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
Congratulations. So you purchased the car out of Australia? (car at top of this Page 2, picture currently not visible ?) Quote Link to comment
D.D.Anderson
Its the second picture on the second first post. From Australia? nonono, been new in norway since 1978 :) An old lady brought it first, and later found in a barn by a younger guy. Now i have brought it, and try restoring it into even better condition. Just got my hands on the Tachometer extra that didn't come with the Van, and the original Clarion Radio and antenna that also was a missed extra. And im changing the 4 speed into a 5 speed, and Twin weber on the A14 :) Now i got the 15x8 gold rims + i just brought a set of Datsun Skyline rims, 14x6 for daily use, brand new super nice! Her u can see a few pictures of it, but im far from done. On one of pictures you se a huge dent on the fender, it was a drunk idiot that did it on purpose, and the police is protecting him from the evidence and witnesses, so i get nothing. gotta get it fixed from my own wallet. http://datsunclubuk.proboards.com/thread/2257/datsun-sunny-b310-a14-norway Quote Link to comment

toyota1515
15x8 0 offset with 225-50-15 on the rears, i will be addressing the fronts as soon as i decide my front suspension setup! Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Looks like about 1" of the tires poking out there. Does it have stock rear suspension? Quote Link to comment

Nope is not poking out and yes it is stock suspension, but after the new rear end gets installed it will tuck in about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch more, as i still got like 2 inch inside clearance, look the other pictures, By the way i am talking rear suspension only i have not installed the front wheels yet.
