ggzilla
4-speed FS version FS tunnel cover shifter boot You don't need to remove the column shift. Have fun. Quote Link to comment
wayno
I could be wrong, but I beleave your also going to need to make a transmission mount, as the column shift trans. mounts differant as I recall. The E1 engine/column shift transmission mount at 4 differant points, two engine mounts, two tranny mounts, floor shift models usually have 3 mount points, two engine mounts, one tranny mount in the center. datzenmike
It should be the same as any Nissan 4 or 5 speed through the 70s, 80s & 90s, well except the 280zx and 300zx turbo. I can get the number this afternoon. Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
Sure you can use the old transmission. * Adapt/modify a chevy or ford aftermarket floor shift unit. Haven't heard of anyone doing this. * Or dissassemble it and swap over the different parts from the FS transmission. Top, side cover and internal shift parts. Unknown if they will fit. Part Number Nissan 32136-07200 Seal-oil, rear extension NLA No longer available, but it is a common size: 35x50x11 mm. The 610 seal is same size: 32136-U0100 Quote Link to comment
