kiznook
Getting ready to do the energy stuff on the 510, looks like i need to have the stock bushings pressed out?? (yes that is a question :D) Quote Link to comment
slodat
NO!! You have to burn out the rubber with a torch and then cut the sleeve with a hacksaw until you just cut through it. Then, you can pop it out. Many people have bent the arm attempting to press it out. Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
Yep, same thing on the 620's. There's just no better way. Quote Link to comment
kiznook
same for front and rear? I think i'll get started on it tomorrow Quote Link to comment
slodat
Yes, same for front and rear. It's a pain in the ass to do it. I have to do another set of rear control arms myself. You can avoid the front by putting heim joints in! Quote Link to comment

I had a rear crossmember slotted with polly and it wore out within a year. I know it binds but the rubber will last longer. Quote Link to comment
