I just bought a pair of e30 seats for my 510 and it seems a little tall. Has any one complete a modification to bring the seat down? It seems like if it's dropped about 1.5 to 2 inches it would be perfect?
I appreciate any help. I really like the seats

I bolted mine straight to the floor right behind the seat support with large washers. If you wanted to get crazy you could cut the front seat support down to about an inch tall and mount the front on that.

I've seen a couple pics of bucket seats and i was wondering if anyone running them in this thread or else where runs a 4 point with no roll bar?

I want to keep my back seats usable for my friends but I also want some corbeau seats.

I want to run a 4 point if i get some buckets but don't know what they're attaching to.

I am assuming you are talking about belts. As a four point harness. Right? If so, you can run a Y Harness for the shoulders and attach it to the floor at the back of the seat. They make them long enough to do this.

Or are you talking about a roll bar?

He wants to run them so he can have the harness but still be able to have people sit in the back. so bolting them on the floor of the seat wont work.what about doing a custom bar that goes from the b pillar  to b pillar. would need to fine a way to re enforce it.
