fivetenguy
Guys, I need a Y pipe so I can complete the exhaust on my 620. Please let me know what you got. Thanks Link to comment
datzenmike
You don't say but '75 L20B??? The L16 and L18 are much different. Link to comment
datsunaholic
The L16 and L18 are pretty much the same- L20Bs don't HAVE a y-pipe. But maybe you have an L16/L18 manifold. Any exhaust shop should be able to make one; when mine rotted off on the freeway a local muffler shop made one. Isn't pretty, but doesn't leak after 5 years. Link to comment
fivetenguy
You are both right and thanks for pointing that out, but I ditched my old exhaust manifold and went with an L18 manifold that uses the Y pipe. Link to comment
Boaty
This is something I get to deal with soon on my 620... the manifold isn't the problem. But I'm dying to know where and how, the hell, they can fit a y-pipe down between engine, torsion bar, and frame rail. Not a lot of room in there. I'll be upset if I have to run a single exhaust downpipe. I rather like my long y-pipe from the 510 with a new flange. Link to comment
