I am crazy about these wheels!  Just a hair narrow but they will be great up front and they clear my brakes. :D  15x8.5 -18 with the R disk for big brake clearance ;)

I need stiffer springs!

Looking good what did you use to clean the wheels?

Thanks!  I used the two bucket car wash method with rain-x soap and a wash mitt on the front, scrub brush on the back.  They could use a more thorough detailing.

Gonna find two more for the rear or?

I sure would love to!  I won't be looking but I wasn't when I found these so...  One day I would like to order or find a full set of 15x10's

Do u run the steelies in the rear for functional purposes or for looks?

Financial reasons, I can't afford to wear out the BFG Rivals on the street.  The steelies wear 37 dollar burners.

Time to make an exhaust tunnel

I wish. Or oval tube exhaust would be nice...

Been looking at a re-spring.  I'm currently on 275lb 8" springs up front and "auto-x" springs unknown rate in the back.  I want to go with a 325lb or 350lb 9-10" spring up front and either cut a 550lb or 600lb 18" spring in half for the back.  That would give me 1100lb or 1200lb which works out to 289lb and 315lb respectively.  Any thoughts?

This is pretty much what I was running a few years back.  Worked great for me.  Eibach makes a 3" ID coilover spring that works well for this.  The only problem is sometimes the 'pigtail' of the spring doesn't quite sit right in the spring pocket.

So the autocross was a big fail for me this past weekend.  Running on 300 tread wear 195/50 S-Drives up front and 200 tread wear 225/45 Rivals out back was good for a lot of understeer and not going very fast.  Also I fudged up the gopro somehow so no videos. :(

On another note, I recently dug this long lost part out of my shed and got started on it.

I haven't had it on the car since there was an L in the bay

Also dug out the 4 door passenger seat to clean up the hinges.  I will swap them out with the 2 door hardware that is currently on my passenger seat.  This will allow my co-pilot the luxury of reclining on long drives ;)
