WTB z22

Recommended Posts

my l18 is starting to get tired. I'm sure she has a lot of life in her left but I don't want to be caught off guard when she decides to finally shuffle off her mortal coil. So I'm looking for a z22 block to slowly start building. Looking for cheap. Doesn't even have to be pretty. As long as it's salvageable. It should be a complete block though. I don't want to have to search for caps and bolts.

Post offers.

Keep on the lookout for an L20B for the parts to make an LZ22

I will be doing that too, but one step (and paycheck) at a time.

Just keep eyes open all the time. You'll need all the L timing stuff from the block/crank forward, L motor mounts, oil pan and the manifolds and an L head. All this stuff can be found on a non running motor.

You're in Vancouver? This isn't mine, and it's not that bad of a drive down to Newberg. Prob 30-45 minutes.

That's either a Z20E or a Z22E motor used in the S110 200sx. Phone and find out.m

The Z24 had the different taller stamped steel valve cover. The Z20 and 22 had the cast ones that I like with longer bolts. Looks like a 348/409 valve cover eh?

You're back!!!!

WTB z22 for an LZ conversion. So I am not so much worried about the head as I am the bottom end. Post offers.
