...and here she is doing something that my 510 cannot!

(stacking 4 tires in the trunk like nothin')

I am loving that I can now throw my set of V700's in the back for a quick fill

before loading the 510 up on saturday nights before race day

486847_10151231464506383_1076377868_n.jpgOn another tire related note I HAVE RIMS FOR HER!!

I was gifted a set of FREEBIE Iron Crosses in decent shape

With decent rubber to boot.

All thanks to my buddy Derek,

who's 240z is sporting a 300whp,

h2o methanol fueled SR20 monster

which is far more than those rims and tires can handle

So - you may notice one or two irrelevant parts are missing...

And....YES that is a 510 bumper

(to be cleaned up and re-attached to a 510... mine :D)

...rear bumper is stock, sadly...

but that is the least of the issues back there

Like I said... Just missing a few parts, nothing big.

Motor was a donor for a VW Sand Buggie Conversion

(I live VERY close to the Pismo Dunes)

Now, that is definitely a FIRST and only use of an L motor in a VW I have ever heard of.

Its definitely going to need a lot of assplay before anything reasonably close to a hot ride is possible.

as far as USING the rear hatch as a spoiler goes ....

if you flipped the thing over it would have about the size and lip needed to give the thing some downforce.

(seriously though look at the angle of the trunk lip and imagine the whole thing flipped....WINGO!!!

Just for your info, ithe body style is a 2 door sedan not a coupe.

Um...ok, now I have to know the difference...

I attached an "official definition" :geek: below...

A coupe is generally thought of as a closed-body style, 2-door car, often sporty in nature. A coupe generally has either 2 seats, or 4 seats placed in a 2+2 configuration, meaning that there are only 2 seats in the rear (as opposed to the standard 3,) and those seats are smaller than average. To comfortably sit in a 2+2-style rear seat, you must either be a small child, or an adult who happens to be missing your legs.

Technically, a coupe is defined as a fixed-top car with less than 33 cubic feet of rear interior volume. Typically a car with less than 33 cubic feet of rear interior volume has only two doors, hence the common practice of associating two doors with the term “coupe.” However, there are plenty of vehicles out there which have only two doors but more than 33 cubic feet in the rear. These cars, while their manufacturers may call them coupes, are technically two-door sedans

I am SHOCKED that the thing has more then 33 cf of rear interior volume...cant be by much.

(Other than that It would seem it would seem to meet all of the necessary criteria to be a "Coupe")

I know they are referred to by Nissan and in print as a 2 door hardtop. Since I prefer words to phrases when I have to repeat things I shall to continue to call it a COUPE. :P
