I would just put a small amount of anti-sieze on the threads. Nissan puts them on dry as they are pipe threads which seal good enough by themselves.

 

Take a good look at the drain bung it has a magnet and collects iron fileings. A black paste is normal. Be sure to wipe it off clean so at the next change you can compare. Use 80 w 90 GL5 oil.
