qwik510 Posted July 12, 2012 Report Share Posted July 12, 2012 The 240z was not offered from the factory with AC but there were kits that were offered that the dealers installed on them back in the day. They would add a large box shaped evaporator to the existing heater blower and a compressor and the other stuff needed to make it work. The control sw was usually mounted to the side of the console on the drivers side towards the front near and under the dash. I have seen 2 types of controls. One with a sw and temp control and another with just a temp control that turned it on when the knob was turned. 1 Quote Link to comment
