quality piston and ring set

Anybody know where to get a semi decent piston and r:ing set. I have only found them at Jerry's for 225$ it so seeing if you guys haveany links,connections or anything let me know. Thanks.

heres what i found. piston diameter is 90.00mm which it the same as .020over right?? and also it say they have no valve relief and i was wondering if that is a bad thing??

I say consult with datzenmike to make sure your getting the right piston sets/ in application this shows only 91-92 build years for the summit pistons.

 

there alot of 2.4 liters but could be different motors.

Btw....

 

Be really careful with how big you go, only do what you need to set things right...these motors (z24) is already notorious for blowing head gaskets between cylinders...

Maybe call any machine shops around where you live that do rebuilds and ask who they would use.

 

Actually I'm in front of my machinists shop right now waiting for them to finish pressing in my new u joints... I'll see if I can get a phone number or website for the parts source they used for my rebuild.

alright. and im going with the bare minimun. im only boring it as far as i need to haha. no more and no less. but finding a set of rings and pistons for under 2 hundo is tough...
