Its thicker than oem and the quality of the plastic is a little rough, not as nice as nice as i thought but once in the car its not noticeable Quote Link to comment

Cam, peanut head, l18 pistons, matchbox dizzy, full top to bottom rebuild The ka will be a no expenses spared build and will go in once the suspension/drivetrain/body can handle the power... that's the plan anyways :) Quote Link to comment

Wanna do the same for my 510. Just sanded with varying degrees of sandpaper, cleaned the surface, cleaned the surface, cleaned the surface, primer, scuff, paint, clear... And I just used rattle can duplicolor wheel paint and clear... So far its been holding up very well Quote Link to comment

Anywho drilled the hood bump stop holes out with a 1/2 drill bit Shortened the bump stop till it fit the hood nice and snug, oh and the threaded rod is nice and tight as well with the lock washers underneath the rad support Quote Link to comment
