Will they fit? Datsun 1968 510

I wanted to get some wheels and tires for my 510.

 

its currently at stock 510 suspension all around. I may go 280xz struts soon.

 

I'm super confused about the offset I can use and the tire size.

Will they fit?

They will fit with the 280zx struts but not with the stock. You may be able to lower as far as others, not positive though. I'm running 280zx struts with coilovers, 16x7 +40 offset and 205-40-16 tires with spacers.

Just looked at the pic of the rims. they are nice looking. They say 40 offset. Look almost 0 offset. hard to tell from that pic though.

Those are plus 40 if you mounted them Backwards they would be negative 40.

 

Xzile you need bolt on spacers for those wheels . If I where you I would decide your suspension set up befor buying wheels . And I would buy wheels that don't need spacers

17's are way too big for the front,,,, 16x7's are okay ....... 16x8's are much worse ........ .. 15x7 feels like a 510

Yea I would go with a smaller size i want that color scheme bad though. Also it seems the smaller I go the harder to find that style / color gets.

can't flip faces on replicrap wheels .... :rofl:
