Ray, the truck is first rate!

Just curious, does the truck bed clear the battery, or was there a relief made in the bottom of the truck bed?   (I don't know the 521's at all)

That thing needs to go to SEMA next year, dude...

It will clear the bed Mark. And yes SEMA bound next year.

Its been so long since I even looked at this crap. Well here is the dash coming together. All AIM from Italy. Also tossed the AEM ECU and going with an EM TRON now, I guess the newest latest and greatest.

Did you have the wheel done locally?

My guy wrapped the wheel here yes. The wheel is from a guy in Texas called SPARC Industries. All billet, very nice stuff. I love the fact thats is different. I love MOMO but no Watanabe crap or and other wheel as they are all boring and overdone. Putting a little Americana in my truck.

That’s a lot of heat next to the brake master. Hope that ceramic coating does its job.

This race season on one of our vintage race 240Z's, we ceramic coated the triple DCOE intake manifold, the heatshield & the intake tube (to in front of the rad core support).  We ceramic coated the INSIDE (I believe only JetHot Coatings do it properly) & outside of the header (we have always done the outside).  We also used the gold heat reflective tape on the heatshield, the outside of the air filter/box & the intake tube.  The drivers wife was racing, she came in from practice (at Road America, about 15+ minutes at speed), in the heat & humidity of July, pulled into the paddock, I immediately pulled off the hood & my boss put his hand on one of the carburetors!  We couldn't touch anything for at least 20-30 minutes before, cuz the components were so hot!  The husband was out this season, cuz of an arm injury, the wife isn't quite as "perceptive" of how the car feels, so we didn't get the detailed feedback as if he was driving, but the fact that we could touch the carb having come right off the track, we are certain that the considerably lower temps will increase HP & drivability...........if only by a few, but that is what WINS races!  We are FIRM believers in ceramic coating!

I ceramic coated a stock 510 L16 cast iron exhaust manifold, but I have not installed it yet.  I'm hoping it helps!

I need to get my hands on a 120. Almost bought one about a decade ago. For $20k... It was a basket case, but still.

Love the precision tubing work on the master reservoirs Ray.

I see another XK under a car cover in another pic!  And I think I saw the rear 1/4 panel of an AC Cobra in another!  Ray, you mind telling us the name of the shop.................or PM me!  I have been in & out of the British parts industry for many years, knew lots of the British specialty shops during my wholesale parts years!

Ceramic is a great product. Cerakote is ok, but Jethot does the best work. And they are expensive too.

Sir the shop is Fabozzi Metal works. He does not advertise. His work is above top notch.

When you're that good you don't even need to advertise... probably doesn't even need a sign out front and he would still have wait list....

Honestly he does not, if you google him there is some old pics of a facebook account that I guess he did years ago. He has no social media at all.

I believe you, the machine shop I used for my engine is the same way.. they are the best around and tucked behind a porn store with just a small sign over the garage door...

You'd never know they were there and did the work they do....

And your truck is insanely awesome...

Moal Coachworks in Oakland has a tiny sticker on their front door. That's it. Their builds run $300k or more.
