74datsun620 Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 Ray, If you have ran avation gas or race gas you will need to clean the inside before welding. Plus I like too purge the header with argon, you can use masking tape to block the flange(the argon will weld the inside for you). Even if it didn't break all the way off, I would cut it all the way off so you can get it clean before welding. 1 Quote Link to comment
