This modification ussually provides enough clearance, without hurting the structural integrity of the bracket. Quote Link to comment

You will have problems with offset and hitting the strut tube, or having massive poke. I think the max offset allowed on ZX struts is like a 7 inch wide wheel with +20 offset. But I would say, go learn about offset/backspacing. Your question is overly broad, and offset will change with wheel width. Quote Link to comment
