As far as your transmission oil (assuming it is a standard) make sure you use API/GL4, don't use GL5. On my car (72 1200 4spd) i used the Sta Lube brand 85W90, sta lube part # SL24239 (Gallon) it was kinda spendy but what are you gonna do? Napa carries that brand in my neck of the woods. Engine oil I am using 20w50, but I don't know what is recommended for the 320 :(

My $.02

As far as trans oil, I've used GM Synchromesh in my L20B 4 speed. Pennzoil in the yellow bottle!

You can buy it in an 80w-90 and it is confirmed yellow metal safe. From what GM told me about it, it IS a GL4 safe fluid and the only thing that makes it different from a traditional GL-5 is the fact that it's yellow metal safe, since some 90's GM 5 speeds use brass synchro's.

Yep. An oil can meet both GL-4 and GL-5 specifications, it should state on the bottle. If it only says GL-5 then do not use it in a Datsun transmission. Or in a 510 wagon differential.
