This weekend I was in SD for a military funeral out on Point Loma to remember the life of an old friend, and iconic artist, and a life long mentor of mine. A buddy and I were eating breakfast in Ocean Beach before the service and saw this 620 pull up. As always, Datsun put the moment into proper historical context. The man who passed away drove an orange 620 when I was a kid.

At a San Jose, CA wrecking yard.  They have it listed as a B210 but of course it's an 810.

4-speed manual and three original hubcaps in the back seat.

I thought all 810 came with 5 speeds but no. Up to June '78 were 4 speeds and 5 speeds were standard from July '78 and up but only on the newly offered hardtop.
