Does anyone know if the front torsion bars on a 521 can be re-indexed or not if so how would you do it? If not what is the best way to lower the front end thanks.

If you just want a 2 or 3 inch drop you wont need to "re-index" the bars. For that just back off the bolts on the rear part of the bars. Re-indexing is a bit more time consuming but you can get a serious drop. I did both my 521 & 620 & it was worth it. lemem know if you need pics.

This pic shows where the bar goes into the lower arm............I marked where the bar was BEFORE so that i knew how much it had moved afterwards....

There was a helpfull discussion on my thread when i decided to reindex mine, better to read there seeing as i had help from a few guys who had dont it already..............
