pharouh
Anybody have a spare set of these? I just need the left one. Thanks! Link to comment
yello620
I think i have a couple of sets of those. But you may want to figure out what system caused all of the heat in the first place, so that you dont melt the replacement connector. It is usually the headlights, and putting the headlights on a relay is a huge improvement. Link to comment
pharouh
It's hard to tell in the picture, but it looks like it was broken off rather than melted. I've gone through the complete harness on this and my other 620. The other one was melted, and had a hole in the fuse box! There were a few bad places, but should be better now. I got rid of the pieces of extension cord and bad patches and hopefully fixed it right. There is a headlight relay on the stock system. If you want to sell a set let me know. Thanks! Link to comment
yello620
The stock system does NOT have a relay that takes the load off of the fuse box or switch. The stock relay only switches between high and low beam, the load still goes through the fuse box, headlight switch, and the switching relay. PM sent Link to comment
