ProjectFeint
the Lol looks like bonvo's, but you knew that. It's uncanny how alike our cars are. even our plans are about the same :P Quote Link to comment
bonvo
you planning on a vg and flares? Quote Link to comment
ProjectFeint
I have zg flares in my closet, just need to buy wider wheels and a more quality suspension setup to make use of stickier/wider tires And no on the vg... But im going to build a ka24et (both of which are going to be torque monsters in our coupes ) Quote Link to comment
bonvo
niiice im considering one off flares zgs look good but i would like something that flows better Quote Link to comment
ProjectFeint
Are you looking for bolt on flares, or the clean flares that are molded with the body? Quote Link to comment
bonvo
molded in im actually considering the bob sharp 610 ones that are being made in another thread but im not sure i like them Quote Link to comment
ProjectFeint
Are you sure you don't just dislike the price? hahaha but i feel ya... your car has that clean look that wouldnt look (as) right with bolt on flares Quote Link to comment
RedBanner
Lol, price is his hang up, they look good. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
price is always an issue my whole build is basicly the best bang for the buck its the reason i started with a shell instead of a complete car (now im wishing it had been a complete car so i had a spare motor) but in terms of flares i dont even know how much molded in flares cost i just like the idea of it looking like it belongs there not an after thought Quote Link to comment
RedBanner
Your probly going to spend that much getting your 73 fender worked, then flared. Migyt as well give the money to the fiberglass guy lol Quote Link to comment
bonvo
true enough but ive already worked the fenders to almost perfect Quote Link to comment
RedBanner
So... cut it up and do flares! Lol im scared about the whole, flare thing. I chose zg bolt on flares becouse I allways thought that they look tough as fuck. Since the first time I saw one..... on a fiesta.. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
i could just get zg's and blend them in Quote Link to comment
RedBanner
True, I just like the riveted look, but im an idiot. Do your thing. But I realy think those fenders he offers look great. I might have got those if he offered 710 ones. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
i like them to but the flare seems un natural its always been a gripe ive had with the bob sharp car it looks more like they just bent the fender lips out and smoothed it instead of actual flares it doesnt look smoothe enough at the fender lip for me Quote Link to comment

Tristin
Quadruple post? That ducktail looks sick... not familiar with the details on the front end, but thats my favorite version. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
the front end is for the 6 cyl version of the 610 front end is longer to clear everything hence the different sheet metal i see this as the bride between the 610 and the 810 bluebirds Quote Link to comment
