OK I had the boat out last week & she ran well. The new correct flywheel bolts held & I tossed on a new Alternator. Nothing like hearing an L 20 on the water

Arizona boating season is year around in the desert areas.  Some people water ski and wake board here year around.  The timid ones use wet suites!

I'm having what I think,is a carb issue. She sputters as I hit the pedal & only wants to get on plane with the pedal buried. Done all the tune up stuff which is why I think its a carb issue. May put on a new accel pump & see if that fixes it....if not I'll buy a new 32-36 & call it good.

I'm lagging on setting up a new pic hosting site but I've been posting them on FB.

I put a new accel pump on & made a better throttle cable mount & the idle is a bit smoother.

Mandatory water test today

Hello all. Swapped on the 32-36 off the 620 onto the boat & she runs much better now.

The new flywheel bolts are holding tight which is good.

I should be good for the rest of this season.

Ok here are a few long awaited pics from the 2018 season.

The boat has been running very good with the only issue being a Weber carb running a little rich / possibly overjetted.
