I bet your horn does not work either. The one fuse for the stop lights, and hazard lights also powers the horn. In the picture of the fuse box a few posts up, it is the 15 amp fuse in the lower right corner. Use a test light to confirm you have power on both ends of the fuse.

It might be worthwhile to unscrew the fusebox from where it is mounted, and check to see if the wire is still hooked up to that fuse, also.

checked the connection and its ok. i started messing around with the fuse and got it to work for a little while but then the fuse popped. i think my horn is stuck or something, when i touched a 14amp fuse to it the horn was whining automatically. so then i put a 15amp fuse and it seemed to work but then all of a sudden the horn started whining for a second or two then the fuse blew... its a short right? i dont really care for the horn so if i disconnected it would that solve it?
