HRH
You know it couldn't look uglier, imo. Looks like they tried to copy the F250 in the front, and then decided not to make the top edges round, just ironed them off flat, yet it's round on the inside picture. I wish I could say differently, but Nissan has lost it's way. Nissan execs must be asking Busey and Sheen what to produce next. Quote Link to comment
Dirk Diggler
Looks like an oversized, super duty Cube. Quote Link to comment
HRH
Not to mention when gas hits mid $4 this summer, who the fuck is going to buy one of those? Fleet companies don't even want to drive them. If they do have to use them, why go with a more expensive Nissan van, when you can get a Ford or Chevy van dirt cheap? And they get the same mileage. I talked to a friend of ours who has a 4.0 Frontier. 16 mpg! Jeezus christ. We've come a long way from the "Datsun Saves" campaign. What's the van going to get, an earth shattering 12 mpg? Farmer
Looks like they're copying the Ford Transit Connect. But I would buy one. Looks like a great service vehicle and thats right up my alley Larry Quote Link to comment
herculesinwyoming
i dont care about how it looks. I want a comfy seat and decent interior, the chevy express vans i have to ride in are hell on on the ass on a 100 mile trip. Quote Link to comment
DanielC
Since there is no longer a Ford Aerostar, or a Chevy/GMC Astro, this market segment is wide open. Quote Link to comment

The chevys and fords are the most uncofortable ever made, maybe because of no competitors Quote Link to comment
HRH
I don't think comfort is of the utmost importance in a 3/4 and 1 ton van. It's meant to haul a crapload all the time. Heavy springs for reliability and load handling makes for non-sports-car-like ride quality. I'd be surprised if Nissan would design anything different. Hell, I'm the first to admit my hardbody rides like a truck. I'm fine with that. It's a truck, that's what it's supposed to ride like. It also doesn't squat much when I throw 500 pounds in the back. mike
...Why in the hell dont we get any small light duty diesels over here? It would be the ultimate powertrain for a work van. Gobs of torque and at least some semblance of economy. Quote Link to comment
erichwaslike
i dont think its ride quality hes after so much as the quality of where his ass is riding, nice seat and the console etc make having to drive it day in and day out alot nicer Quote Link to comment
herculesinwyoming
exactally, the chevy and ford seats are so bad i think a park bench would be a better seat Quote Link to comment
Dirk Diggler
I drive a 1 ton Ford van every day for work. I have no complaints, it haul what I need it to haul and doesn't give me any problems. I don't take it more than 50 miles a day, if I did I probably wouldnt like it. But that Nissan van is ass ugly. Quote Link to comment
