DailyDato Posted February 17, 2011 Report Share Posted February 17, 2011 I just realized in my tranny swap, i need a shorter driveshaft, well, a 240sx front half will bolt to my 620 shaft, and be the right length, with minor mods, will even use the stock carrier bearing, I unfortunatly have the shaft i need, but it has an auto yoke, anybody got a 5 speed half shaft to get rid of, offering $45 shipped, trying to keep it cheaper than getting mine shortened, seeing it has a massive dent in the side of it means a new shaft for me.... DailyDato Posted February 20, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 The U- joints are completly different, i was gonna try that, but the 620 u joint the caps clip in, the 240 are peened in on the ends, and i would cut my stock 620 shaft down, but its badly dented, so I am looking for a completely differnet shaft now.
