Laecaon Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 My Mercedes recommended anywhere from 5w-25 to 20w-50. It depends what engine it is, what the climate is outside, and the temperature. Of course maybe certain brands are bad... I like to run only Castrol. Castrol GTX in the Datsun, Castrol syntec in my Jetta. Quote
