datsunaholic
They aren't metric, they're not the same as a 620. As ray said, 7/16x20. I just bought a full set of shanks for mine. Quote Link to comment

sdsurf
http://www.ezaccessory.com/Acorn_Lug_Nuts_7_16_Thread_p/1202.htm Will these work with titan wheels OR stock wheels on a 521? Quote Link to comment
pl521sss
http://www.ezaccessory.com/Acorn_Lug_Nuts_7_16_Thread_p/1202.htm Will these work with titan wheels OR stock wheels on a 521? I used the Bulge Acorn type on my Frontier wheels. So it won't dig in on the wheels. Regular acorn will. I would thing the Titan wheels would be similar. Don't quote me on this cause I don't have Titan wheels. Quote Link to comment
yello620
Acorn nuts sometimes do have a tendancy to dig into the wheels a little. The bulge nuts do help fix this problem. The only small problem with the bulge nuts is that they are usually a 3/4 hex instead of the stock 13/16" hex. Not a big deal, you can get adapter specifically for this problem. Just making sure that you have a proper lug wrench in the vehicle is all the adapter amounts too. Jason Quote Link to comment

fiveNdime
I had this same problem on my 521. The stock ones are 7/16. I had a few others mixed into my situation so I pulled all of them out and installed new ones from napa 12mm x 1.50 thread pitch. They are about a 1/2" longer which is good cause the new aluminum wheels are thicker. I had to drill out for them just a fuzz. They press in and work just like stock. Quote Link to comment
