MikeRL411
Found this on JCWhitney site this morning. Not too clear if all new or remanufactured but they are availably [and pricey, but what the hey, it makes the old timers driveable at freeway speed]. Select the SKU that matches your vehicle’s trim package from the list below. Paul G.
Machined from Titanium billet or what?! Anyway, is there any difference in the ball joints in the 1.3 and 1.6 (PL and RL)? I thought they where the same. Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Machined from Titanium billet or what?!" Just capitalism at it's best. "You want them? Where else are you going to find them? Pay or no play" "Anyway, is there any difference in the ball joints in the 1.3 and 1.6 (PL and RL)? I thought they where the same. I believe they are the same, no real reason to change for so few R versus J engined versions [left and right hand versions]. The labeling is an artifact of the JCWhitney system for accessing part numbers. By the way, to find 410 and 411 brake parts you have to search under "Nissan", the only vehicles listed under "Datsun" are the 1.6 and 2.0 Liter Roadsters. Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
This is the URL leading directly to the above ball joints for those having difficulty threading their way through the arcane JCWhitney site. 410 and 411 brake parts are listed under "Nissan" not Datsun for example. http://www.jcwhitney.com/ball-joint/p2022181.jcwx?skuId=595886&filterid=c11300d1667y1967j1 Quote Link to comment
