new door jam seal material, bought 25 ft for $50 from mcmastercarr

What was the part number or sizing?

Up here I'd probably end up using Spaenaur.

I've looked in their catalog and found something similar but have yet to actually measure what I need.

The 1984 mazda B series PU seems to have the exact same door seal as the 520-21 PU and it has the 90 degree corner, I was of the opinion that the ford ranger was basicly the same truck, but the door seal gasket is way differant, I guess there are differances. This is the mazda seal in my 521 Kingcab, it fit perfect on the passanger door, sealed all the way around, my drivers door window frame did not seal as good, I have come to the conclusion that it might be bent a little, otherwise it seems to be good replacement, I have not checked to see if they are still available. wayno

Mannnnnnn, you're fabricating skills are amazing.

If I were younger I'd give my left nut to apprentice under the guidance of someone like you.

I look forward to every email I get regarding updates on this build.

You bet buddy.

I spent all weekend in my rat-hole garage working on my '72 521

Mine won't be as low as yours but yours gives me incentive to build.

My drip rail is at 53",I can't even fathom your roof being at 45"

I'm only 5'6" and mine seems low---yours would be NUTZ.
