raggmann
new door jam seal material, bought 25 ft for $50 from mcmastercarr What was the part number or sizing? Up here I'd probably end up using Spaenaur. I've looked in their catalog and found something similar but have yet to actually measure what I need. Quote Link to comment

521 Johnny
It fits bitchen and the bubble is fine it contours like stock, even in the upper rear corner of the door jam where its a 90 degree it bent and formed nicley, I was surprised for me guessing the size Quote Link to comment
67 411
Did you have to heat it to get it to hold that shape? Quote Link to comment
521 Johnny
No the part the pinches the seam has metal in it and holds shape, put it on by hand, just had to flaten a couple of spots on the seam with plies to make it thinner, just finessed it Quote Link to comment
Siqx20
I love those titans... I wish i had the time/money right now to make some progress on the 620 Quote Link to comment
521 Johnny
here are a few of the seal, its not bad at all and the door stays nice and tight Quote Link to comment
521 Johnny
and i couldnt resist getting this made, i have yet to see one on here and thought it would be cool for the show Quote Link to comment
Madness
Definitely thought of getting one made but i already have too many plate options. 71 colorado truck plates, 71 colorado car plates and a few vanitys. Quote Link to comment
wayno
The 1984 mazda B series PU seems to have the exact same door seal as the 520-21 PU and it has the 90 degree corner, I was of the opinion that the ford ranger was basicly the same truck, but the door seal gasket is way differant, I guess there are differances. This is the mazda seal in my 521 Kingcab, it fit perfect on the passanger door, sealed all the way around, my drivers door window frame did not seal as good, I have come to the conclusion that it might be bent a little, otherwise it seems to be good replacement, I have not checked to see if they are still available. wayno Quote Link to comment
521 Johnny
Damn I wish mine was a king cab, I finished most of the cab last night, hoping to have it done today and also start notching the bed to fit, gonna be busy today Quote Link to comment

521 Johnny
I didnt want the rays even. since when was every sun ray exactly the same, obviously if youve seen the attention to detail on my ranger you would know that them being off had crossed my mind, thats just how i wanted them to be done Quote Link to comment

raggmann
You bet buddy. I spent all weekend in my rat-hole garage working on my '72 521 Mine won't be as low as yours but yours gives me incentive to build. My drip rail is at 53",I can't even fathom your roof being at 45" I'm only 5'6" and mine seems low---yours would be NUTZ. Quote Link to comment
