to knock em back but my fascination for the old girl

keeps her here lol

as possible with knowing its rarity .... will upload pics to my

blog as i work along .. im super excited about it this will

be my 1st ground up rebuild :D

I do not believe I ever seen a photo of that one before.

The one near Ipswich was on Gumtree 2/3 years ago, it was pretty beat up like the one in your photo(maybe they are the same one), my friend lives in the Purga area and I thought about having him go look at it but shipping is so expensive for something like the rear window(if it was even good) that I gave up on the idea.

I have a bunch of photos posted of different U320s on Ozdat in this thread link in the link below, add yours to it, at one point I was trying to get a photo of every U320 left, but I missed getting photos of 3 of them for sure, one near Ipswich(white), another one inland east of Dubbo in NSW somewhere that was being restored(primer gray), and another white one under a tree somewhere I do not recall now, all were on Gumtree at some point, 2 of them were in fields like yours in the photo.

I do not know if you know this, but the U320 rear trim is 6 inches longer than the NL320 and V320 rear trim, the U320 is 6 inches longer than all the other 320s but on the same length frame, the rear bumper mount brackets are 6 inches longer to put the rear bumper where it needs to be, so you need to keep all rear side trim pieces no matter how bad of shape they are in, it cost a large fortune for me to have my 2 rear pieces fixed, and this was after I had a set of V320 trim sent to me from Shane(SS320) in Australia and then finding out it was a different length, sadly I believe Shane died a few years ago.

I was lead to believe that there were 16 U320s shipped to Australia, if that one is a different one that will make around 16 different U320s, of which 3 were exported, well if you add the 3 that I do not have photos of that adds up to more than 16 of them unless someone painted an existing one that I have an old photo of.

Here is the photo
