So your old ignition coil isn't cuttin' it. Here's a way to pep up your ignition system the Ratsun way.

First you wanna mark your wires so you don't get them mixed up putting this back together.

Next remove the nuts, or whatever is attaching the wires, to your ignition coil.

Then you will remove the coil from the vehicle by removing the two screws securing the coil holder to the vehicle

With the coil and mount out of the vehicle. Remove the coil from it's holder.

It should look something like this.

Now all this work has to have made you thirsty. Go to the fridge or to the store and get a 12-16 OZ. can of your favorite energy drink.

Once the can is empty rinse it out so it doesn't get sticky. Then get a can opener, and slowly cut the top off of the can.

Do the same to the bottom at a similar cutting angle. It should come out looking like the picture below.

Cut a slit through the can from top to bottom.

measure the height of your coil up to the lip. Now notch the top and bottom edges, and remove material from the can to the desired height

Place the sized up can around your ignition coil, and reinstall into bracket. Now you can install your High Energy Ignition coil into the car.
