Two rules... never over cam an engine, and never over carb an engine. Some slight power increase can result from a slightly larger carb, but mostly from its lower restriction so the engine doesn't have to work as hard inhaling.

 

An L20B engine revving 6,000 RPMs and at WOT will need 211 CFM of air. Even at 8,000 RPMs it will only need 283 CFMs. I think the Weber is about that range.

 

The Holley 350 is 350 CFM? Overkill, it won't go any faster or we'd all have Holley 1150 CFM double pumpers on our Datsuns.
