Nice. Hey Keeper, on the rear windshield, it looks like you are running two ropes in the channel to install rather than one? Easier than just doing one rope around the whole thing? (I will have to do this chore soon.)

Gotcha, so you leave a loop at one end rather than fully tucked. I am guessing so it is easier to get that last bit out?

I always wondered how the OEM visors are made. Care to enlighten me?

Cardboard/thin partical board folded over a wire frame, fabric glued on inside of folded board and the 3 open sides are sewn together

 

Newer vehicles don't always have the wire frame but have a plastic flap instead but same concept

OEM are heat pressed into shape over a wire frame with a layer of foam on each side of the wire.

I got it put a headliner ans windows in then sold it. Once i dropped it at it's new owners location, i realized it might never be finished :)
