Bunch of parts from 411

Recommended Posts

In the process of moving and need to get rid of some stuff. Most of these parts came as extras with the 411 Wagon I bought - some are obviously not from the 411, some are. Figured I'd put it all on here for a week or so before resorting to eBay.

All prices are negotiable and I can ship at your cost.

I also have a full set of 411 Wagon doors that are in great shape - glass in three of them is solid but one got broken at some point. The door panels are great in three but one is somewhat molested. Make me offers, but I'm thinking like $150 for the set might be about right - dunno. I'll take some pics once I pull them out from the garage.

Please, offer away - these prices could be way high/low or right on target - I honestly have no idea so I won't know better if you take advantage of me - so go for it. They're available for pickup in Mountain View, CA or I can ship at your expense.

Thanks!

John

"Control cluster" - This control console is missing the mounting bolts in the rear corners, so will be dificult to fit and not wobble.

"Solenoid" - This is the starter relay for the Borg Warner auto transmission equipped RL411.

"Battery Holder base - This is not the original configuration for the 411. It used an elonglated all plastic base with two "knobs" on the bottom which engage 2 holes in the steel structure. Nevertheless its a preferable unit for a readily available after market battery. The original battery is used in 1964 Corvairs and 411 Datsuns and I don't know if any other vehicle uses it.

"Starter" - This looks to be part number 23300-15805R [probably for a 510] and will not fit left hand drive 411s. If installed, the solenoid protrudes too far towards the frame rails and will hit the steering column or Pitman arm assembly and will not bolt up. The left hand drive 411s need part number23300-73405 which has not been available for a very long time.

"No idea what this is but it looks important" - Not sure either but might be a package shelf support bracket?

Good selection of parts! Deserve to be used not scrapped, good luck. As merchants say in Osaka "Have you made any money yet today?" instead of Good Morning

Thanks for the info Mike! Yeah both "control clusters" I have are broken at the mounting points (common problem?).
