I recently got some power units from an '84 Maxima and they look like the 200sx ones I originally used. I have a couple of spare doors so, weather willing, I guess I could convert one over as a 'How To', and take lots of pictures. I seem to remember drilling only one small hole in the door and adding a small piece of sheet metal. I couldn't believe that it worked the first try.

What you could do is remove the power units and store them at the wrecking yard till you need them. I do this at my yard and they don't seem to mind. A couple of times I hid items I knew others would take before I got back to them.

THANKS Mike!

I'm not looking for you to go through too much trouble...Just in the collection process right now & don't want to loose any prime parts to the crusher!

Will the 84/87 200sx work? What do I have to snag? (regulator and motor?)

I think I have a mid 80s maxima too...front/rear?

The parts list is my 1st step.

Thanks again....

It was an '84 Maxima 'goon so four door... they all looked the same, so I took two with everything but the glass and just the motors off the other two. BTW, I think there are left and right motors, so get all you can for spares.

The 200sx ones were from an '81 and look like the Maxima ones. I'll try for some photos so you can see them.
