stevensonDNL
Ant-dat, that car is simply amazing. It's quite apparent that you've spent alot of time, research, planning and effort to acheive your goal! Definitely magazine worthy. Thanks for sharing. Dan Quote Link to comment
yellowdatsun
Dang, that's even better than the other one. Quote Link to comment
HRH
+1 for that, don't know if it's the paint or rims, or both. Dig it more than the blue one even though the blue one's quite nice. Quote Link to comment
Ant-dat
thanks for the kind comments :) once the body was back from mates body shop it took me little over a year to built it, It's a bit of a hand full in the wet and we get a lot of rain. Planing a few changes over the winter if all goes well, maybe get the LSD in there and looking at maybe changing the front suspension over to S13 as i'm not quite 100% happy with what i have so far. Ant-dat
not updated this in ages, Not much has changed on the car but i did get soem time and finally get the boot (trunk) sorted. before After Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
It's gorgeous. The wheels looks really superb with that red paint. Won't it be worse in the rain with the LSD, as it has enough power to spin both wheels? That's Datsun model series 810. Did the 180B come stock with the Z18 or Z18ET? Quote Link to comment
Ant-dat
thanks for the comments, think at the moment it spins one wheel causing it to go sideways (with no effort lol) i was hoping that with power going to both wheels at same time it may help to keep it straight. I have built a R200VLSD for it but stuck on driveshafts as they look to cost more that buying a R160 LSD that i can use my stock driveshafts with. I also plan on changing the front suspension as i'm not 100% happy with it I also made a little build up video for it in the UK the 810 (180B) came with 2 engine choices L18s used in the 4 door and 5 door wagon L18T used in the 2 door coupe (180B SSS) we also got a 160B (810) and it came with a L16s Quote Link to comment
