copacetickid
I drained the radiator, but Haynes says you need to drain the engine block too. Problem: I can't find the fucking plug. Where does it drain from? Quote Link to comment
kiznook
pop the lower radiator hose off and hang it down. should get most of it out Quote Link to comment
copacetickid
seriously though, where's the plug? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
OK ok. There is a block plug on the left or right side of the block. (Sez the manual) My L20B has one on the rear pass side, about 8" directly below the elbow on the head for the heater hose. It's about even with the oil pressure sender but further back. Hmmm, I don't have a starter in place, so it might be behind it a bit. The Z22 and Z24 block isn't in this location, it's dark and raining so hopefully you have an L20B engine. Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
who cares about the drain plug!!!!! It might crack the block removing the one flush it. dont amke this harder than it needs to be Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
my thoughts are with hainz. why risk it. tapping or heli-coil would not be fun while still in the car. Quote Link to comment
