I have a 1971 datsun 1200 for sale. I got this a while back from Datsunfreak It has a clean texas title First of all.. it doesnt run. It doesnt have an engine.. or transmission.. If you want I can pull my a13 and four speed out of my b210 to put in the car but I would charge you 1500 for the package deal. The car is still setup for a factory a series engine. It wouldnt take much to get running if you had an a series engine and tranny. All you would need would be a driveshaft.. (think I can get you one) and the brake/clutch master cylinders + lines. And some seats. (I have two stock b210 seats I will throw in with the car or I will sell the 240sx seat that is in the picture for 50 extra) The car has either Tokico or kyb shocks in the rear.. Not sure about the fronts.. The car also already has fender flares on it as well... Anyway, the car probably weighs somewhere around 1000-1200 pounds right now. It would make a great little track car or an excellent gas sipper for someone that wanted to daily it. My b210 gets somewhere around 40 mpg with the dual carb setup I have.. and it weighs 500 pounds more than this easy. The car is very straight and I dont think it has ever been in an accident. It does need finishing but its pretty solid and very close to being done for someone that knows what they are doing. All of the glass is there and is in good condition. I also have all of the lights and most of the trim. I do not have the bumpers and I cant get them. I can get a dash for the interior and seats but nothing else. I can also get a grille for the car. Everything is removed right now because I painted the car with some flat primer to prevent rust while it was stored. Oh yeah.. it also has a quick disconnect in it.. almost forgot If you have any questions about the car please pm me or give me a call at 254 205 2563 or 254 205 8608. My price is 700 for the car how it sits. or 1500 with the good b210 a13 with the stock intake and exhaust plus my four speed that is in my other running car. fivehunsky Posted October 15, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 Im in Dallas. The pic of the rust is in front of the passenger rear wheel.. its about an inch long.. That is the only rust Ive found on the car. the floor pans, wheel wells, truck/window/door seams ect are all clean and rust free. To clarify (since ive gotten two emails just today about it) the car has NO INTERIOR.. none at all. I can throw in some stock b210 seats tho. And I can get a bare metal 1200 dash.. but thats it. No panels, no carpet, nothing.. Let me know if anyone is interested..:) Link to comment

I was just going to rewire the whole thing painless style. None of the hard lines are there I dont think. I was just going to buy tubing from napa and bend it myself. It isnt too expensive and you can hide/move the lines wherever you want them. To NM.. hrrm.. Im not sure honestly. Dolly rental is 60 or so from uhaul. Plus gas. Its 650 miles.. say I get 20mpg.. I wont but lets just say haha thats roughly 35 gallons of fuel one way.. so 70 total 70 gallons times 2.50 a gallon is 175 dollars worth of fuel so thats 250ish for fuel and dolly.. So, I would probably take 1000 to deliver it to you from Dallas. Thats a long trip haha Link to comment

Pretty sure there was mention of Lewisville in there too. Really shouldn't get on here when drinking. Thinking about flying out to look at it if thats cool with you(spent 12 yrs in the DFW area, worked for Bankston Nissan in Irving). Also trying to find a place to store it. Last part of the deal is gettin the wife not to blow a gasket about me gettin another datto.. So with all that said, I'm trying to work it out but I think I'm a long shot so if ya get a good hit on it take it. It might get moved to marty's shop Autocomp in Haltom City soon. Its stored at a friends house right now and he needs the room for a new project. Tim might have room at his place if you buy it and cant pick it up right away. I know Marty's (datsunhead) shop is super packed so it couldnt stay there very long. If it doesnt sell soon I am probably just going to put my engine in it and work the brakes out just to make it mobile.. price will go up tho obviously Link to comment
