DISLEXICDIME
Is it lean under boost?? Quote Link to comment
jovial_cynic
q-tip - I just realized I wrote both that it's running lean and running rich. I corrected the post. It's running very lean, not rich at all. dislexicdime - lean under boost as well, only not as lean. at idle, the O2 gauge is off-the-chart lean, but when I hit the throttle, it starts to head towards stoich. edekalil
Finally got back and pulled out my 72/510 after hitting the other cars cranked. And let the windows down to air out more like let the inside dry out some. Now if I can take a ride in the 510 I will be doing great. 2 Quote Link to comment

edekalil
Got the center horn cap to make my Bluebird steering wheel complete. It's not the one with the SSS on it but still very very cool. Ran the 72/510 yesterday and today before I had to put her back up. Quote Link to comment

qwik510
Drove it. It was 61 degrees and sunny today. Not normal December weather for sure. Went for a cruise with my GF up to White's Ferry and walked along the Potomac River. What a beautiful day. Nice to be driving the 510 again. Quote Link to comment
r0p0doe
Installed fog lights which aren't working for some strange reason even tho the ones in before worked fine. No blown fuse or anything, gotta love funky wiring... Quote Link to comment
shacks510
Maybe it's because you're missing the grille emblem to complete the circuit :) 1 Quote Link to comment

kraftor
I worked on replacing my heater core (recored) and getting the defroster to work again. It will be nice to not smell antifreeze anymore. 2 Quote Link to comment

jovial_cynic
Used the soapy water test to finally track down the vacuum leak. It was right at the turbo compressor inlet, and after pulling the inlet snout off, it looks like there wasn't a gasket in place. So... gasket ordered. The soapy water is pretty easy, but I think I'm going to end up building a smoke machine, because it's a lot less messy. http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/forum/general-chat/topic35820.html My driver-side door latch doesn't work properly/at-all, so every time I take a hard right turn, I'm afraid I'm going to slide off my seat and straight out the driver-side door. I took the latch apart and noticed that a spring broke off; replacing the spring shouldn't be a problem. Quote Link to comment
