a.d._510_n_ok
If an outer tie is marked "L" that means it is for the left side, right? It may sound like a silly question and I'm 90% sure the answer is "yes" but I want to make sure. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
I'm about 95% percent sure. Unless it is a taiwan repro part and the marked the threads L, in which case it might be for right side... Quote Link to comment
philcas1987
I recently did the front end on my 510 and the ones with r were right hand thread. The l's were left hand thread. I'm pretty shure Quote Link to comment

a.d._510_n_ok
Finished the Datsun's front end rebuild Thursday and got it aligned this morning. The redneck running the alignment machine got a glassy look in his eyes when I told him a four wheel alignment was unnecessary because it's a rear wheel drive car. I had to show him the driveshaft and rear diff before he believed me ! Handles like it's on rails now!!!! Quote Link to comment
